道路使用許可に関する知識

今回は以前の記事で書いた道路使用許可について詳しく説明したいと思います。

まず最初に道路使用許可とはなにかというと道路において工事もしくは作業を行うとき、道路交通法に基づき道路使用許可を警察署長に申請し道路での作業をより安全に作業できるようにすることです。

それではどんな工事や作業が道路使用許可の対象になるのかをまとめてみました。

  • 道路における工事又は作業
  • 道路に石碑、広告板その他これに類する工作物の設置

これ以外にもまだ他にもありますが主に工事に関する事項がこれにあたります。

またこれと似た道路占用許可というものがありますので説明します。

道路使用許可と道路占用許可の違い

道路使用許可は交通の安全に支障が生じる可能性があるものを対象にしており、継続性は問題としていません。一時的に道路上で行うものであっても継続的な行為どちらも対象となっているようです。

これに対して道路占用許可とは、道路を継続的・独占的に使用する場合を対象にします。なので道路占用許可に該当する場合、道路使用許可も必要になります。

作業する際も安全を第一に考え施工にあたっていきます。必要な場合はガードマンの設置、保安設備（カラーコーン・A型バリケート・看板）などの設置を原則そして施工に努めていきたいですね。

また私の経験上、都会の工事では結構苦情が入ったりするのでその時は冷静に対応し、改善策を練りましょう！
